I think I need to put an ad in the paper for a new secretary..Mom is totally slackin again!
Finally got her to send out this update though. She's walking a fine line, and has been put on notice. Hopefully this lag in blogging won't become a regular occurance!
What a fun weekend we had! Me & Walter got along great the entire time...it was almost gonna be a 24/7 bitey face tournament, but Mom quickly put the brakes on that idea.
So, instead...we just hung out, like the gentle-dogs that we are.
I was super nice and let Walter play with some of my favorite toys. Phoebe made sure he din't chew em up...only I'm allowed to do that.
Saturday afternoon, we got to go to Chipper's 8th barkday pawty! It was a lot of fun! Chipper lived at a place that was covered in fake grass...it was nice and green, but plastic! Can you imagine?
Cleo, who lives with Chipper, got to hang out on the chair so none of us bigger dogs would step on her.
Cleo & Bear got some extra lovin from Dawn....boy it must be nice to fit in a lap like that!
Walter and I hung out next to Jack while he chewed on a rawhide...we were hopin he would share, but no such luck!
We did get to share in the barkday cake though!
First, Chipper's Mom had to make sure we all knew what the rules were. No fighting over cake!
Walter & I waited patiently for our pieces.
then Jack's Mom made him wear the barkday hat. I'm glad that wasn't me!
by the time we got home it was late and both Walter & I were exhausted! I am pretty sure we both slept til Sunday afternoon! What a great weekend!

Fake grass? What's up with that? What does Chipper eat when he goes outside? Where does he poop? The fake grass thing would've confused me too much.
