Saturday afternoon hike

Went for a short hike with one of my bffs, Ginger this afternoon.

Its been a cold, rainy week and I hardly got to go anywhere so we decided to take advantage of the gorgeous weather.

There were bunnies galore, but Mom was mean and wouldn't let me chase them.

A nice little stream to cool my feet. Mom kept getting mad when she was crossing on some stones cuz she said I was gonna pull her in. Geez, the water felt good...I'm not sure why she was gettin so mad at me!

Half way thru the hike I got a little sick to my stomach. I puked up a bunch of bile right in the middle of the trail. Mom was kind of grossed out and a little worried about me cuz that's the 2nd time I've puked this week...and I'm not a normally pukey dog. So we turned around early and headed back to the car. Hopefully none of the mountain bikers we saw crashed when they hit my puke pile!!

There were TONS of birds along the edge of the lake...all chirping and singing. It was quite pretty!
